Hi Loveneet, there are universities like Anna university, Vellore University, Amity University, Amrita University, Indraprasth University, Dr. D.Y. Patil University, etc which conduct their own entrance exam for the M.Tech aspirants. You can write these exams and pursue M.Tech.
But, as a friend I would suggest you to first appear in GATE exam and then opt for M.Tech as it will open doors of many eminent universities like IITs, NITs, IIITs, etc.
