The programme is jointly run by two universities - Edinburgh and Heriot-Watt - so you will be able to enjoy the facilities offered by both. All students take courses to the value of 120 points, including compulsory course units (97.5 points). I presume you are asking about placement opportunity after you have completed your M Tech.
Your placement will depend on the specialization that you have done. One offer which is availablefor all is to be a Teaching Faculty in any of the good Institutes / Universities provided you have good scores

CAT is conducted somewhere around November end and the forms for the same are available from July/August.
As for CET, it is state specific and vary from state to state. MHT-CET for management was on 11th March, 2012!
Also, apart from these entrances, you can look for MAT, XAT, SNAP, IBSAT etc. Please visit the respective websites for further details.

Hi Suganya, they have completely stopped offering the MBA in Media and Entertainment in all our centres. The reason is because the Network 18 Internships and Placements are not available anymore for the students of this course anywhere in India, I suggest you look for some other course. They have launched another MBA in Event Management, which is an Earn While You Learn program. You could consider this if it interests you.
