Hi Arun, after the successful completion of B.E./B.Tech generally students opt for M.Tech. You need to undergo an entrance test in order to pursue M.Tech., i.e., GATE exam.
After GATE exam, you will get score card. It is associated with two points, i.e., valid time period and qualifying marks. Your score is only valid when it is above or equal to the score of qualifying marks.
To check, please visit the official websites of your desired institutes or contact them personally. For further reference, please refer to the below link of institutes.

1. GMAT is verbal heavy with simple maths (hence not a big differentiator) unlike CAT where logic and quant are also present (and often are game changer)
2. GMAT prep has a self-pitching essay to write which holds great importance
GMAT scores are accepted in almost all of world's best colleges like those of US and even Indian colleges like ISB (only based on GMAT), SP Jain, XLRI etc
As I said before, GMAT prep (for ISB) would not help in Quant and DI sections, though verbal section will certainly improve. You first need to decide where exactly do you want to do your MBA

Hi,
After completing 12th from commerce background, you may pursue some of the below mentioned courses:
BBA.
BBM.
B.Com, and many more courses.
After completing either of the courses mentioned above you can pursue MBA, however it is always advisable to work for 2-3 years after completing graduation and then pursue MBA, the advantage of this step would be, that after working for some years you will know which specialization (marketing, finance, HR) to opt while pursuing MBA.
I hope this answers your query.
