one simple question for u - U must have some sort of computer knowledge i know cos now a days computer has taken place of TV at home. If my Hard Disk gone damage should i replace or repair? If Motherboard got damage will it be repaired or replaced? Now a days all these r coming with 3-5 years of warranty. Processor can not be repaired. What other expensive things remain on computer which can be repaired. I think replacement is the best option now a days. For making parts replaced do u think u must have to do the course of 18 months or so and invest around 55-60 thousand on Hardware & Networking course. After that u will get a National level of certificate. Instead of that if u go for any International Certifications like RHCE+CCNA+MCSE+RHCVA in a shorter amount of time and invest ur more time on the field for getting experience. Its good to know that you wish to pursue MBA from Canada, however please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities in Canada you need to have atleast 3-4 years of full time work experience after graduation.
However you may pursue MS immediately after B.tech as it does not require any work experience, well I would suggest you to work for some years after completing your B.tech and then opt for further studies.
The advantage of this step would be:
You will gain relevant work experience, and you will learn how to implement theoretical knowledge in practical situations.
After working you will know in which field you are actually interested in i.e. if you are interested in technical field than you can pursue MS in same field or related fields, where as if you are interested in management you can pursue MBA.

Germany is one of the finest study destination to pursue masters degree, there are many good universities in Germany which offers masters degree in various fields such as:

In order to pursue MS degree from universities in Germany you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
GRE score of 1200-1300 plus.
TOEFL score of 80-90 plus or IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.
Since Germany is a non English speaking country, and their national language is German, so it is always advisable for students to pursue some basic level German language course before leaving for Germany.

As for Nagpur University, it conducts Ph.D. Entrance Test (PET) for admission to Degree of Doctor of Philosophy.
The Entrance Test shall be ONLINE and shall be conducted at the examination centres proposed by PET Committee.
The PET shall be based upon multiple choice questions and shall be only in English medium.
The candidate shall be declared successful if he/she secures minimum 50% of marks in the PET. (Relaxation of 5% being admissible to the candidates belonging to Backward Categories)
