even passing CS is easier than CMA becuase around 8-11% CS pass every year and 1-2% CMA pass every year
Even CS is difficult it requires a lot of study min 4 hrs daily for 1 year
After passing if CS get appointed in company he/she can earn 30000 Rs per month in starting
After some time it may go upto 70000 rs per month

As you stated, you are interested in Hacking and Programming. After you get your result, you can go for a full time B.E or a B.Tech course in IT/ CS which will give you the basic exposure to programming fundamentals and will give you the base that you need to become a good programmer. You can also join an ethical hacking course either from a training center or even online from websites like www.simpilearn.com or www.coursera.com. This can give you the exposure in both the fields of your interest.

It's difficult to land in a job for a new graduate specifically in U.S because of the norms and regulations followed by the US of A. I would recommend you take up one of the things:-
1. Join a company which has an office in US and try to get deployed on a project over there.
2. Pursue your higher education Like MS or MBA from US which will brighten your chances of landing up a job over there.
