It's bit difficult to do preparation with job. however many people did it with job, what actually required is that your continuous effort. you may join some test series to be active. Bring last ten year question papers and go for your strongest subjects first then cover other one by one.

The procedure is such that first you need to clear your entrance examination like CMAT, CAT, XAT, CET, etc. or else if you have not appeared for any of these papers then you need to give IBSAT, which is entrance examination of IBS . You can do any Level 7 diploma. on completing this you will get one year work search visa. Once you get a job you will get 2 year work permit. Once you get work permit you are eligible to apply for PR. As level 7 diploma is UG diploma you can select some business diploma.

Dear Pranab, This year TCS recruited 6 of our seniors with a package of 5.55 CTC.
so on an average every year 6-10 people are hired by tcs.
40% placements are a minimum.
rest go for govt. jobs and some even gor for PHDs.
