You can graduate in maths or physics and then can join TIFR for research. If you have interest in IT, you can do B Sc and then seek job or further studies. Opportunities are really endless.

Though there are not many full time courses that you can pursue but try to work on as many live projects as possible and participate in as many case studies as possible.
1) If you want to go in the field of finance then I would recommend to go for CFA and pass Level I and II during the 2 years of your MBA.
2) If you are doing for marketing then try & pursue certified courses in digital marketing from Google and other reputed companies.
3) If you are going for Operations then go for certified courses in lean manufacturing and 6 sigma.
4) If you are pursuing MBA in HR then there is nothing much to do except increasing your know
