It depends upon the college/university you want to join. If you want to get admission in IITs, NITs, etc. then you need to appear for JEE Mains and Advance. For BITS Pilani you need to appear for BITSAT and accordingly you can appear for state entrances like UPSEE, MHTCET, etc.
