Shailajha, Design is a field that is age old and has been evolving every year like science. Sometimes student Artists are too much enamoured by Fine Arts preventing them to look objectively at Design. They must read this http://bit.ly/SXc9GD. Again like science it pays to be at the cutting edge. For e.g. science students do better if they go for CS or IT since that are areas where development is taking place rapidly. Similarly in Design the cutting edge areas are UID/ UXD, 3D Printing, Immersive Technology, Augmented Reality, 3D Projection etc, besides of course Game Design & Animation. Of course at the top of the pile lies Concept Des

Jatin, MCA is for applications so if you want to work in development then go for this. Also, note that only if you are very good with maths and programming, opt for Computers (BTech or BCA). I am not sure how good you are with maths and programming. If you are, then you must pick up Programming and take a language whether PHP/ HTML5 (web dev), .Net (for software dev) Java/ Android (for apps) or C#/ Unity (for games). However like i mentioned, you must be good with programming to move ahead in this area since you have to compete with MCAs and BTech(CS) applicants. So choose your internship/ industrial training very carefully. Do not jus

Hi,
Well for MBA you would also require GMAT score and minimum 3 to 5 years of work experience.Your percentage in bachelors seems quite low, you would need a very good GMAT score to compensate your low score in bachelors.

Vaishnavi, no MBA is neither required n or desired in this field. If you've already done a Digital Media/ Visual Communication/Animation Diploma or Degree, then hereafter only experience and quality matter. Your quality of work is very important. This can be achieved in an Internship or mentoring program or diploma. That is what it seems you need. Do read this http://bit.ly/1hVBJHm on how to crack an Animation Career. There are some good Mentorship programs like Animation Mentor - online, Method Art - Virtualsoft, Native Puppets etc. If you have the funds to study abroad then Vancouver Film School is a good option. I am also a student
