Hey Gp,
To pursue engineering in CSE you can go either by diploma way or you can proceed with your class 12.
If you go with diploma you will be having good hand in your computer engineering knowledge unlike going by 12. So if you are determined to go with Computer Science engineering it is better to go with diploma because you will be having advantage in your B.Tech.
Also choose a university wisely for diploma as practicality is not emphasized in most of the small institutes.

After completing your 12 with commerce you have a lot of options to go for. You have B.Com, BBA, BCA or BBA-MBA etc at this stage. It solely depends on your future plans and interest that which one you go for. If you want to be in management and administration than BBA will be a good option otherwise for finances and accounting B.Com is a good option. Along with this you need to select a good university with good placements and rankings to kick start your career well. Some suggestions -
