Hi,
Yes, you can. In SASTRA, 70% seats for B.Tech course are filled on the basis of JEE Main score along with prior weightage to the marks in 10+2.
30% seats in B.Tech are filled on the basis of merit drawn on the basis of marks in 10+2 followed by counselling. In the case of admission through JEE Main over 70% seats, 75% weightage will be given to JEE Main score while 25% to the marks in 10+2. In the case of admission, on the basis of 10+2 merit over 30% seats, normalized marks of each board will be considered.

After bsc, u can go for msc then u can clear ugc-net / csir-net to pursue phd and become junior research fellow or u can also clear gate exam to pursue mtech. For those having interest in writing, analysing may check lucrative career into public relations or if one is creative writer than copy-writing in advertising industry is good. There are multiple options available to you if you do not want to have a technical career such as MBA, joining Army by appear for CDS, Business Analyst certification to become BA, BEd for teaching, Civil Services and changing stream to do law, Humanities Fine arts etc. MBA as a degree gives option to students to change their career completely.
