Ayush, don't go with which stream is better. Go with what you want do after studying B.Tech. You may take following considerations. If you like computer, want to build crazy application or something related to software go with Computer Science engineering. If you like playing with machines/motors or electricity go ahead with Mechanical engineering. Or Electrical engineering. If you are India, after studying Electronics and communication engineering most of the students gets job/work in IT companies. Only few percent gets chance in electronics companies. no i think amity noida is a waste of money as there is more exposure than placements . Placements are not worth . So i suggest not to waste money. In case you want to join then go for cs as it has many opportunities than electrical

You have to take SNAP exam followed by GD-PI which will be held in December. To take SNAP you must graduate with an aggregate of 50 (general category) and 45 (SC/ST). You can also take this exam if you are in the final year of graduation.

2.Lovely Professional university
3.VIT
i have heard a lot about Lovely Professional University about its ranking,recognization, international tie-ups,placements. This year IT giant CTS set a record for selecting highest number of students from this university.
for lpu you may visit on their website and can fill LPU-NEST form,for BITS you can apply for BITS exam.

There are not specific college or course for Photography journalism in India, you can pursue Mass communication and in that you can learn photography. And, for placements there are very less chances to get placed abroad through Indian organizations, it takes lot of time and demands much hard work.
