It depends on the cut-off score. If your counseling takes place in the first two days, then there are high chances for you to choose your preferred college.
In my opinion, it depends on your interest, more than the opportunity in a specific industry. MBA is a management course and it is totally different from the engineering course. It is your interest in 'art and design' which made you decide that you wish to move forward in this field. So, as far as the choice of subject in class 11 is concerned, I would say you may choose any stream of your interest but just stay in touch with arts, gain more knowledge in arts and connect with it through regular activities despite the stream you choose.
