For any PG course, you must complete your Bachelor's degree. Diploma is UG level unless you are talking about a PG Diploma. Certain institutes may accept you for lateral entryway into their Bachelor's programs.

I would recommend you to kindly visit both the campuses and then decide which is good for you, there you can meet the students, faculty members, talk to their placement cell, check the library, etc. Apart from that, you can check the reviews for both the campuses.
Both the institutes have their own value though they come under the same society but the management is entirely different.
