LPU is ranked 19th in India's Leading Top 50 B-Schools by India Business Journal. LPU is the best university for pursuing MBA as it is Accredited by ACBSP (USA). LPU is Accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and programme (ACBSP). In order to take admission in MBA the eligibility criteria needs to be MET in LPU. The eligibility is 55% + LPUNEST/CAT/MAT/XAT/NMAT/CMAT+ Interview or Completed Company Secretary CS from Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) or Completed Chartered Accountancy CA from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) or Completed Cost & Management Accountancy (CMA) from Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI). Let me share with you interview competencies that are tested as part of MBA interviews in LPU. The various parameters includes Fluency, Grammatical errors, elaboration of the concept, Clarity in thought process, Confidence, General Awareness, and leadership quality. In LPU when you sit for an MBA interview there are 2 panelists one from the core domain and the other from soft skills to assess you on speaking skills. Both the panelists will be rating you on the competency and a score will be generated. On the basis of the cut-off score only you will be considered as qualified or not. Hence, whatever is the specialisation that you are wishing to opt for the faculty of the core domain will be checking you on that and keeping in mind the above competencies stated. And Yes, you will be checked about the General Awareness so you need to keep yourself up to date. You will be asked questions related to your graduation degree and what made you go for MBA as well. So, kindly prepare the justification for that. So, all the best. Stay confident and answer the questions logically keeping the above-stated factors in mind. As what questions will come your way depend upon the panelists but the factors on which you are going to be tested remain the same. Some common guidelines for appearing for Interview.
1. Ensure the web camera is working fine
2. You audio piece equipment needs to be working fine.
3. Test the audio and video before appearing for interview.
4. There should not be anyone else in the room.
5. Find a quiet place around.
6. Keep the camera at a steady position.
7. Do not sound too casual.

As an LPU student, I would prefer LPU as it has helped me with my professional development and has given me access to various internship opportunities, workshops, conferences, industry visits, internships, etc.
LPUNEST is the LPU's national admissions and scholarship test. This entrance exam includes both program eligibility and scholarship. For some programs it serves both purposes and for some it is for scholarship purposes only. For each program, the model and schedule are different. You can go to the university's website and prepare by going through sample topics and questionnaires.
The level of difficulty of Exam
depends on your preparation. If you have done your best to prepare for the exam, you can qualify very easily and even get a much better score to qualify for the scholarship as well. This exam is taken to test your basic conceptual knowledge of the subjects you have been studying since the 12th grade.
Because the purpose of LPU NEST is different for different programs. Approximately 60% score in LPU NEST is required to be eligible, while a scholarship eligibility cap is required depending on the applicable scholarship.
