As you have scored 33 marks in maths and if you are pass in mathematics, then only you will be eligible to take admission in this college. Otherwise, you need to clear it first.

In Mumbai, some colleges give admission on the basis of cutoff which is prepared on the basis of 12th result. In such colleges you cannot get admission but many reputed colleges give admission on the basis of entrance exams in which you only required 45% marks in 12th. Some colleges on merit basis are. Wilson college Lala Lajpat Rai college. St. Andrew college some colleges on the basis of entrance exams are St. Xavier College. NMIIS JAI HIND College and many more.

As you have scored 18025 in SC category in JEE Mains exam, so you are eligible to take admission in this college. But getting a seat in NIT Silchar in electronics or any other branches in first round will be difficult for you.
