Yes, you may have a chance with 106 marks in NATA, but your class 12th score may be a little lower. Average NATA cut off in BMS is 105/200 in NATA.

Architecture is Technical and B.Com is Management. It's not possible to do both at a same time as both require different set of skills. I would suggest you to go with either one of the things to concentrate more on specific path.

For admission in B.Tech programmes, you need to appear for VITEEE where rank should be less than 1, 00,000 + minimum 60% in 12th. For other UG courses you can get with your 12th score as VITEEE exam is not required and the minimum eligibility is also 60% for other UG course and might differ for some UG course.
