Thank first of all plz avoid lpu it ends up admitting students whoever applies. And for ur question ugc means under graduate course which means it has only approved to run non technical course such as ba, bba, bcom, BSc. . But engineering or architecture is a technical course which means it shud be aicte approved. If Not then ur degree is valueless and it's not recognized. So please avoid

UPSC examination is conducted every year and on the basis of this examination a number of IAS, IPS, IFS officers are recruited.
To be eligible :
- You need to pass graduation in any field from any recognized university.
