Dear Ayush, Congrats for your marks in 12th. I think you should sit in counseling to get into IIIT allahabad, you may get admission there.
Beside this i would recommend you to keep track of other good universities of India as BITS Pilani, Lovely Professional University, Thapar etc, so that in case you coudnt able to get admission in IIIT atleast you have second option.I have heard that Lovely University provide good scholarship scheme check its website for this.

It completely depends on your college. There are a few colleges that don't get placements for both. Bbut in general, the placement scenario is much better in the Electrical Branch than Chemical. Further, Chemical pays you a lot, but there a a very few companies.

Yes, Calcutta is a good university. Go for MCA. Dont strict to only one place only. Check for India's top institutes as well for you admission in MCA as choosing a college is equally important. Some universities also offers good scholarship schemes as well check for that.

1. M. S. Ramaiah Institute of Technology
2. R.V.College of Engineering
3. Acharya Institute of Technology
Other than this i would not recommend you to take admission in any other college, i want to suggest you to look for other top colleges of India as its a matter of whole of your career. Check admission in - Thapar University, PEC, Lovely Professional University.
