For admission in a bachelor’s degree, you need to complete 10+2 examination with science subject such as physics, maths and chemistry. For IITs, It is mandatory to qualify in the Joint Entrance Examinations (J.E.E). The duration for this course is 4 years.

It's unfortunate that you have not cleared your 12th Maths exam and have landed up a compartment. However your over-all result says "PASS" as you had 6 subjects in 12th. and your 6th subject being Physical Education.
While promoting a student to a higher grade, 5 subjects are taken into consideration and hence your 12th result says "PASS" in-spite of a compartment in Maths.
To get admission or for further studies you need to clear your all subject by giving compartment exam. Until and unless you don't pass in all the subjects, CBSE will not issue you the pass certificate. And without pass certificate you wouldn't be able to get admission in college.
In regards to your question, there is a provision of additional exam in CBSE. For more details on the same, kindly check with the officials of CBSE.
But my questions to you are
1. What is the reason for this?
2. Do you love bio? then why did you not choose PCB or PCMB?
3. Are you sure. that you'll not change your decision again?
