It depends on your interest but if you are asking in between pharmacy and engineering then it's better that you choose chemical engineering and biotechnology because then you can go into engineering and pharmaceutical, both sides. Don't go with which stream is better. Go with what you want to do after studying B.Tech. You may take the following considerations. If you like a computer, want to build crazy applications or something related to software go with Computer Science and Engineering. If you like playing with machines/motors or electricity go ahead with Mechanical engineering or electrical engineering. After studying electronics and communication engineering most of the students gets job/work in IT companies. Only a few get a chance in electronics companies.
