Anshul, you can join 2nd year of aeronautical engineering, as syllabus for 1st year of all the branches is same only.
For admission some colleges/ universities accept candidates through lateral entry scheme. You have to appear for Lateral Entry Engineering Test (LEET). You must have min.of 60% marks in diploma to appear for LEET.
If you have not given LEET too, then opt for good private universities like LPU, MIT, IIIT, DBU, etc. They offer world class environment to students along with good placements. Some even offer good scholarships to students. Check their websites.

LPU is the best University to join as it focuses on the overall growth of the students. Being an alumnus of LPU I would prefer LPU as it has helped me grow professionally and provides exposure to various opportunities in terms of internships, workshops, guest lectures, industrial visits, placements etc. As per my knowledge, Lovely Profe

Shreya for MBA from IPU you need to appear for GGSIPU CET MBA 2016. The exam was on 8th May 2016.
There are other ways too of admission in MBA. Some institutes prefer CAT/XAT/ MAT scores only for admission to MBA course. And to appear for CAT/XAT/MAT etc student needs to have 50% in graduation. But eligibility criteria varies for various Management Institutes or Universities, they can take different %age in graduation along with CAT/ MAT/ XAT scores.
Some give admission on basis of internal tests or direct admission on basis of your graduation marks.
