As per your grade in MAT some good institutes include -

No, the mark is very low. You may however get admission under management quota, but you won't get a good college where quality of education is high and good placement opportunities available. You have to find a job for yourself after completing the graduation in engineering.

As per your marks you can get a seat easily under stream 1. But to get ECE or EEE your rank should be good. The rank depends on the no. of students who have applied and the first mark in the stream 1.
Your percentile will be 1040(0.75)+35(0.25)=73.7 . On this basis you will be placed on a rank. The last date is June 10 and they will be releasing the rank list so you can check your possibility.
But you can get a seat and there medium chances to get ECE and EEE.
