Both MCA and M.Sc are good and valuable, but you can only pursue M.Sc. If you had Science background in 12th standard. As you have already done B.Sc. You may choose M.Sc. To complete your Masters degree. Your percentage are good that allows you to take admission in good colleges.

You cannot do in most of the institutes. Few universities like Manipal allows, but only if you have a degree in computer Science or IT. Following is eligibility:
The candidate must have a Bachelors degree in Computer Applications, Computer Science or Information Technology. They should have secured not less than 50% marks in aggregate.

No significant co-relation between a Bachelors degree and an MBA. Bachelors in Business Administration are those rare degrees that can be taught and studied the same way in any country, seeing how corporations tend to open branches all over the world. Starting an international mindset early is no joking matter. BBA is not very extreme nor very lenient so it is the best option for any MBA aspirant. Thank you.

I don't know about the AAFT University but I can share my views on LPU. Lovely Professional University is one of the best universities in the country with world-class infrastructure, modern facilities and highly qualified faculty from IITs, IIITs, NITs, etc. The university is having tie-ups with many foreign universities and reputed companies thus facilitating higher education abroad and good placements respectively for their students. As boards marks are not taken into consideration from this year, so for admission in any good college, you need to score well in JEE Mains. However, considering your JEE score, your chances are nil for getting any govt. college. So, figure out what went wrong and prepare well for next year.
