The NET stands for National Eligibility test which is conducted for the lectureship at the university level and to pursue Ph.D. or junior research fellowship. There are UGC NET and CSIR NET Exams are conducted to select the eligible candidates for the same purpose. Sorry to say but it is difficult for you to get admission with this score in an architecture college because above 90 marks are required in NATA to get admission for B.Arch in various government colleges. Also, for NITs and government colleges you need above 300 marks in JEE paper 2.

Complete your 10+2 with very good grades. If you have completed your 12th boards there is no need of pursuing a diploma, I will rather advice you to apply for bachelor's program.
