Firstly, in West Bengal we have Council for Higher Secondary not a board.
And don't know whether you can get admission or not but you can obviously apply. And as long as I know you had maths and English in HS. So you are eligible to apply.
I would suggest you to apply both in the SXCKOL and St. Xavier's University, Kolkata. It would increase your chance to get the chance for getting admission.

Getting into the top college has some advantages but you should never compromise with the branch as eventually, you won't be able to succeed in the branch in which you don't have any interest. I would recommend you to go for a good branch in any average college.

Dongarg It all depends upon your interest. You can choose any 1 among BBA or BCA. You must make sure that it is of your interest. You will be good in the field only if it is of your interest.
