Since you have done mechanical engineering and want to pursue MBA, there are nothing common between MBA and B.Tech.
So, you can choose anything between:
Finance management
Marketing management
Operation management
Human resource management
Strategy Management
IT/ITES/System Management
If you want to associated with your mechanical/manufacturing branch then you can go for operation management
Operation management deals with work floor setup, supply chain management, logistic etc.
