To get admission into JLD Engineering and management college you need to appear for joint entrance exam or west bengal joint entrance exam (JEE/WBJEE) followed by councelling process conducted by WBJEE board and JOSAA. To be eligible for admission candidates must have passed 12th with relevant subjects and also atleast 30% marks in english.

To be eligible for admission to BE/BTech course at JLD Engineering And Management College - JLDEMC, the candidate has to score a minimum of 45% aggregate in class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as mandatory subjects from any recognised board. The WBJEE exam is conducted by the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB). It is conducted for admission to BTech at all colleges in West Bengal, not only for ECE - Elitte College of Engineering. There isn't a proper list of alumini on the college's website but there are many successful individuals graduating from ECE such as R.Saravanan - software developer at AMPCOME TECH, U Ponmani - project head at Capgemini, B. Sarathy - software developer at Infosys, M Karthikeyan - a design engineer at Texmo industries. There are many other successful individuals as well.

1.Admit and rank card of (JEE mains/JELET/WBJEE) along with photocopy. 2. Seat allotment certificate. 3. Marksheet and admit card of class 10th and 12th (original) as well as school leaving certificate .4. Category certificate ( SC, ST, OBC, PH). 5. Aadhar card and domicile certificate photocopy. 6. The cutoff off mark for ECE for general category varies from course to course. For JEE Mains the cutoff rank ranges from 65239 to 109531.
