After B.Tech, you have two options :
One is, if you wish to study further before starting your career, you may pursue M.Tech/MBA which will provide you advance technical knowledge and understanding of the field and help you to get a good job afterwards.
Second is, you may even work for few years before starting M.Tech/MBA as it will help you to gain more practical knowledge.
Now, the choice is in your hands, whether you wish to pursue M.Tech/MBA first after B.Tech OR job. So, decide wisely keeping in mind your long term career goals.

As far as the donations are concerned, I cannot say anything but yes once you meet the selection criteria, you'll be provided with the detailed fees structure in hand so as not to leave any doubt.
I would suggest you to not to worry so much with the fee concern, rather put in your best to crack the seat in best colleges across and moreover, almost all educational hubs offer scholarships, education loans and even financial assistance to its students.
