yes you can do part time M tech and this is valid in India but you have to check that from which university you are doing part time Mtech this is approved by UGC and Mtech is approved by AICTE , only course is approved by AICTE and institution is approved by UGC and part time Mtech degree is valid for lecturer job, only distance education in technical degree is not valid
