If you try to opt for Management Quota seats, the they have no kind of reservations for those seats.
All management quota seats are filled on the basis of general category ranks, and first come first serve basis with appropriate donations.

Cambridge English exams - ESOL (English for Speaker's of Other Language) are officially accepted by thousands of universities, employers and governments globally for higher education, job, etc.
As for A1 test, there are many levels / grading in the Cambridge test. A1 is the basic level.

Overall, in order to pursue masters degree from universities in Germany you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation.
