To apply for fashion technology courses, the basic eligibility is 10+2 (any stream) with 50%. For specific admission details near your desired location please contact the officials personally.

As for the fee structure, every institute has it's own course specific fee. So, it would be advisable to browse through the official website of the institute where you wish to apply.

As per my search, in Gujarat, I could find only one college offering M.Tech civil engineering through distance mode, i.e., Institute of Professional Studies (IPS).
2)
As per the website,
" Admission Procedure :
-No Entrance Exam. Direct Admission
-Applicants can collect the application form along with prospectus and submit it with required documents and fees. "

Read NCERT books thoroughly. You can also refer various book and magazines to keep you update on the current affairs in and around the world like Success Review, Competition Success and also few vocabulary books to improve on Comprehension part.
