NIIT's are good college and most there is 100% placements. As such exact package is not know. Also you can go for BITS, Lovely Professional University, VIT if not in NIIT. Lovely provides good scholarships and i heard about its placements, that quite good.

Panimalar Engineering College is a Christian Minority Institution. Its state rating is AAA+ which is considered good.

Also the institutes you mention are having good name in market and well established institutes.
Civil is a good option. Both Civil and CSE are having totaling different scopes. First decide you want to go for civil or cse then choose college.
I would prefer NIT jalandhar first and then PEC chd.
If you are getting CSE in NIT then go to fetch it without waiting.
And if not you can also check in Lovely Professional University for CSE that's near NIT jalandhar.Its also a best option as it is india's largest university which provide good scholarships too.
