Dear aspirant, BCA Eligibility Criteria:
Students from the field of arts and commerce are eligible for joining the course as the ones from the Science background. However, some basic eligibility criteria for pursuing a BCA course are as below:
1. Candidate can be from any stream: Science, arts, commerce
2. They should have passed their class 12th with English as a compulsory subject with minimum 45 percent aggregate marks.
3. Some universities admit students purely on merit basis (class 12th examinations) while some others admit students based on personal interviews and entrance examinations.

All universities are right in place. But as a student of the LPU would like I mention that the LPU is a * of better. I already have the view factor of all universities. This is achieved by inculcating in the students all those traits and skills that are required at the workplace, to make a complete professional.
The teaching strategies received by the University are very innovative including maximum practical exposure and are dynamic enough to motivate the students to participate in them with full enthusiasm and enable higher retention of the course content, thus making the programs overall more effective. Every teaching department has well-defined objectives which cooperatively run towards a single goal of imparting quality education to the students and inculcating in them an ideal range of abilities/skillset and knowledge needed by the industry. LPU provides ample opportunities to each and every of eligible student to secure good placement. Being an LPU student, I can say that LPU has experienced faculties, well equipped labs, great infrastructure, excellent placements, complete training and placement assistance and lot more and that too at a very low fees and high scholarships.

First of all, government colleges, according to me, lack infrastructure necessary to pursue a degree because the funding in government colleges is low. I believe you want to know about B.Sc. In Agriculture at LPU that is the strongest programme at LPU because it is accredited by ICAR. I will tell you the perks of doing B.Sc. Agriculture at LPU. Placements: Top recruiting companies are Tata, Rallis India Limited, Syngenta, and Reliance Stores. All batch members got a decent number of internship opportunities. Almost 50% of the aspirants get the opportunity to do internships in companies like EduCase, Intello Labs Pvt Ltd, and Syngenta. The top roles offered in the course are sales trainee officer and field officer. Infrastructure: Our university has one of the best infrastructures. There are smart classrooms, labs with advanced equipment, Wi-Fi, a library, agriculture fields, and greenhouses. The quality of hostel facilities is great, and the quality of food provided in the mess, canteen and stalls are also good. Our university provided good insights into extracurricular activities such as games, sports, dance, and athletics. Students also get good medical facilities with punctual timing of ambulance installations. Faculty: Teaching quality is promising. Students get highly qualified faculty members. They teach them deep insights into the course with theoretical and practical knowledge. They are always helpful in needy situations related to academics as well as personal. They are knowledgeable. The curriculum provided is relevant to the outside environment of the agriculture sector. Every year the university is adding new courses to compete in the changing world. Other:The best thing that is experienced is infrastructure, campus life, insights regarding the course, and agricultural clubs to make students more collaborate with the course knowledge. LPU is one of the best universities that has great intuitions of extracurricular activities. The campus has neat and clean surroundings, and the scholarship scheme of LPU is dependent on the LPU NEST which is an entrance exam. So, I think opt for LPU because of the exposure, opportunities and infrastructure it provides. The cons of private university could only be more fees than the private universities but the facilities cope up with the fees in private universities and LPU provides reasonable fees and scholarships to its students.
