Look, both are good but there are few difference that you should know. An MBA is for those who seek a university programme to get a holistic view of the programme while the PGDM is for those who seek specialisation in the area of their interest. if you will do PGDM from GLBIMR, i assure that you yourself will feel the difference. PGDM is more practical, focuses more on what actually a company demands from a candidate. So no doubt PGDM is the best.
