This you have to check on the JEE Mains official website, as there are many reporting centers and you might find a center that is very close to your town instead of going to the state capital for the reporting.

In my opinion, all are good for b.tech. regarding placement. But regarding all other as suggested above, I am not agree. I have crossed over one and highly impressed as I find it as trying to follow & compete with JAYPEE university & VIT univesity in following aspects:
(a) Implementation of modern educational concepts & associated internationally renowned faculty from IITs & abroad.(b) global exposure by signing MOUs with many renowned technical universities/institutions of USA, UK, RUSSIA & Thailand etc.(c) Flexibilities for choosing additional courses over RTU, Kota, Faculty Members, Class, Class timing & peers groups of learning.

I would prefer you to give some exams like CAT MAT XAT etc. after preparation you can pursue MBA through these exams and since you have work experience it'll increase your percentile. Also, if you are willing to do your from any reputed college then I suggest you to give these exams.
