Hi Dinesh, equal opportunity in comparison to which univ graduate in India?
Qualification wise you will be considered. You need to prove your mettle. All that counts in a software company(mostly) is how much sound knowledge you have got of the domain you are appearing interview for.
If you clear the technical round and the aptitude tests with good scores then there is nothing stopping you.
Of course just on the basis that you have an overseas qualification employers will not stop you from sitting for an interview. Rest is your confidence nad preparation !!!
Good luck
