Ph.D. can not be pursued through distance learning mode. Neither there any question papers and materials. Its research work and can be pursued after post graduation in the respective field. There are many technical universities (both private & government) which offer PH.D. Like Sharda, GLA, VIT, Lovely Professional, AISECT, Oriental, Peoples etc. Procedure:-
1. download application form from university website.
2. Apply and give entrance test based on syllabus available on line.
3. After passing entrance test, you will have to undergo course work and give exam.
4. After, course work, you will have to give presentation for RDC. If approved your research methodology, you will continue research.
5. After completion of research work and publishing minimum three papers in international journals, you will face Pre-Thesis submission presentation. If good,you will be allowed to present your written thesis work for external evaluation.
6. With two similar comments of approval, Ph.D. award notification is issued.
