To my best of knowledge, no government engineering job requires the combination of B.E. and MBA. However, as a graduate engineer, you can seek employment in PWD, NHAI, DoT, P&T, Indian Railways etc through IES exam. For defense officer's position in IAF, IN and Army, you can give CDS exam.
You are also eligible for PSUs like ONGC, BHEL, BEL, HAL, AAI, NTPC, IOC etc.
In private sector your combination of B.E. and MBA will give you advantage over other B.E. candidates. Since your MBA is in systems, you may seek opportunities with those private sector organizations which are production/manufacturing oriented.
