As per the new criteria, you won't be eligible for admission in NITs or any other CFTIs since you have got less than 75% in 12th.
So you should fill in the improvement forms and give boards next year.

IEC College of Engineering and Technology is the good option as Galgotias University is famous for CSE and ME branch and as you are saying about CE so you can go for IEC College of Engineering and Technology.

You can go to Canada for Bachelor's programs after completing Diploma but very good grades will be required. Try to secure first class marks at least. Canadian universities are very competitive. You must take the IELTS to meet English language requirements. Fee can range from Cd$15000 to Cd$30,000 a year. You can see here:

Procedure to select college is through counselling.
You will have to participate in counseling.
And you can pursue CSE as it is the most demanded course these days.
Other than that you can also pursue civil engineering.

Hello! Even the various colleges under Symbiosis University(SIBM, SCMHRD, SIIB, etc) offer the MBA degree. Plus both SIBM and SCMHRD are reputed B-schools as they rank among the top 25 in India. So, it being a better brand, I would suggest Symbiosis over IGNOU.
