The first thing is that you should know what game design is actually about. You can read the book "The Art of Game Design" by Jesse Schell. If you are really think that this is what you want to do then read on. Otherwise check out other fields in gaming such as art and programming.
Learn some basic coding, preferably in C+. Also get hold of a game development suite such as Game Maker, Unity or Cocos2D. I personally use Unity because of their great asset store and user community. Start making games on these platforms. They should be simple enough! Don't go off thinking that I have this great idea for a super game that will make millions and start off biting more off than you can chew. This kind of attitude would portray you as a quintessential amateur gamer.
Also start paying close attention to the mechanics of every game you play, whether it is on mobile, tablet, PC or console. Question everything that you come across - how is the combat system designed, why are the rewards structured as such, etc.

CA (inter) is going to contribute to the educational credits required to be eligible to write the exam. You will not have any exemption. You will have to write all the 4 sections. Here is the brief eligibility criteria:
As for CPA eligibility, you need 120 credits to appear for the CPA exam and 150 credits for a CPA license. General rule:
Every year of university education in India is equivalent to 30-semester credits of US education. Some state boards award credit for international professional qualifications like CA. For international CPA candidates from India, generally 3-year commerce graduates from NAAC A universities who have scored a 1st division are awarded 120 credits.

The BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) is the only educational and professional program of dental surgery in India. In the medical educational field, it is the second choice of the students after the MBBS course. It has also a very good job opening like that of MBBS. There are plenty of good jobs and higher study opportunities available after getting the degree in dentistry as a doctor. Especially in abroad, you will get more openings. Salary is in the range of 5-8 lacs per annum.

On the other hand, the career opportunity after completion of BHMS is not only in India but also in abroad. Further, BHMS graduate is eligible to be called as a doctor and do the private practice. A homeopathic practitioner may look towards the career as a medical representative or as a doctor in private or government hospital. So, it depends on where your interest lies and then you can take a call accordingly.
