You would have a score a minimum score of 6.5 in the IELTS. I would like you to know that with 51%, it would be almost impossible to secure admission at this university. I feel you should change your location preference and target some other country as you would not get a good university in Canada with 51%.

PR is totally depends on the points you earned after studies. After 1 year course you can apply for 1year stay and if meeting points can apply for PR as well. If during your studies you make up the points you can apply. Check more details on New Zealand immigration website. Job is depends on your skills, knowledge and performance at the time of the interview, networking also helps you to find a good job in New Zealand.

You can't go for both the courses at a same time, you can do MS or MBA as both the programs requires lots of attention and hard work.
