Before you can apply to NASA you must first have a bachelor's degree. So B.Tech in computer science is surely going to help you.After receiving your bachelor's degree, you are required to spend at least 3 yrs working in your field to gain experience. Many space agencies hold graduate degrees at high value, so you will definitely want to consider going on to further your education.NASA's astronaut qualification criteria may seem tough, but the number of positions available is so limited that only the best of the best can be considered. There are 3 different divisions of duty: Commander/pilot: during flight, the pilot of the aircraft is responsible for flight safety, the aircraft itself, the onboard crew and the overall mission.
For mission speciaist the physical requirements :
1.Blood pressure must be no more than 140/90NASA:
2.Vision must be 20/200 or better

If you are keen to pursue B.A then you will have to start afresh i.e. from the beginning and although regular mode would be the best possible way to pursue education, yet you can consider correspondence eduction as well provided it is done from a recognized University. As for the documents required at the time of admissions are concerned, the minimum requirement would be 12th passing certificate, 10th certificate, photos etc.
