It would not be possible for you to complete your 3rd year in Canada. Even though transfer programs are available, it is very rare to have seen a transfer program in the final year of the degree. You have no option but to finish your degree here in India itself

First you need to select course and College or University for admission, check admission requirements like IELTS score, etc. Clear same in time and apply for admission. Once having admission letter, pay require fees and than prepare documents require for visa applications in order of visa office checklist and than apply for visa intime. Once having visa, speak to College to arrange for airport pick up and accommodation requirements. Even during process also you can finalised for air port pick up and accommodation arrangement as last minute it may difficult to manage by College also.

the placement cell is working really fine.
