Hi Harjot,
It would not be possible for you to complete your 3rd year in Canada. Even though transfer programs are available, it is very rare to have seen a transfer program in the final year of the degree. You have no option but to finish your degree here in India itself
Hope my answer has solved your query. If it has, kindly mark it as best answer.

Hi Vivek,
Although, you have good amount and work experience and you can be a suitable candidate to do EMBA but you first need to ponder on the reasons why you want to go for EMBA, if you feel that you are doing EMBA for the right reason you should go ahead. Also another thing which you should keep in mind that since you are doing EMBA more than the exposure the Institute tag would matter as you already have the practical exposure through the dint of your work experience.

It is difficult to find a free centre for UPSC / IAS coaching. Even if you locate one then it might not be of the quality standard which can really help you.
Instead I would advise you to get the written material (which is of lesser cost) from reputed coaching centres like Rau in Delhi. Such reputed coaching centres can also guide you abour specific persons in your city who can guide you in the preparations from time to time. Learning from books all of yourself is another way of preparing for such exams.
