I would suggest you to try MS in Pharmaceutical Engineering from University of Duisburg Essen this university offers MS program in english . The study course is divided into 4 semesters of 6 months each. The first 3 semesters are devoted to teaching and the 4th semester to the preparation of a Master thesis. Each of the first 3 semesters is composed of 6 study units (1/month). Opportunities are good in Europe however in Germany is a the 3rd largest economy and opportunities are very good in Germany also you will get the paid internships in germany.

Well yes you can write IAS provided you qualify its eligibility criteria, which is :A minimum graduate degree with at least one of the subjects namely Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics and Zoology or a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Forestry or in Engineering or an equivalent qualification along with this one requires to adhere to the age criteria that is 30 years.

You must write IAS preliminary exam in the month of June where you should study for your Main Subject and General Knowledge. In the Mains you must study two mains and which the exam will be in November. If you are through with the two exams then you will face the Group Discussion and Interview.
