There is no course called M.SC English. You can opt for M.A English.
Eligibility-
A few colleges ask for B.A. (Hons.) in English from University of Delhi with 60% & above marks for General Category, 54% & above for OBC,SC/ST/PwD/CW
While others conduct an entrance exam and ask for Bachelor's Degree from a recognized Indian University with 50% & above in the aggregate

Admission Criteria :
Admission in M.Sc biotechnology is on the basis of B.Sc degree.
