PGECET is conducted by the APSCHE i.e. Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education and the exam is conducted for all the PCI approved, and PGECET accepting Pharma institutes in the region.

No, IAS (Indian Administrative Services) is a exam conducted by the UPSC every year (Union Public Service Commission).
Eligibility criteria:-
You should be Graduate in any stream from Recognized university.
You age should be between 21-30 years of age.
Your nationality should be Indian.
