Hi Anshuman, as Shiksha is an education portal and believes in unbiased guidance so it would be purely unfair if I give my personal suggestion regarding any specific institute.
But, would like to add that choosing an institution is a big task. As it will be a step in building your career, try to avoid haste decisions. There are certain points which cannot be left aside like the recognition of the college, faculty, placements, etc to choose the best one for yourself. I would like to add here, in context to your query, older the institute the better it is advisable for you join for your career benefits.
I would even suggest you to visit the institute personally and contact current students for thorough investigation before investing / enrolling into any one of them.

As you are interested in pursuing a Masters from Germany. I would like to say that Germany is a country known for its technical advancement. Also, education in Germany is government funded and there is possibility that you might have to give a minimum fee ranging from Euro 140-500.

For admissions you might have to give GRE, IELTS/TOEFL or any other exam as per the university requirement.
Also as a friend I would also suggest you to go for a German language course as it will help you find a part time job. A student in Germany can work 90 full days or 180 half days.
