Yes, some of the best institutes for Integrated M.Sc. +PhD in Chemistry include IISc (Bangalore), IISERs, IITs, BHU (Varanasi), TIFR and some top NITs like NIT (Tiruchirappalli) and NIT (Warangal). You can also consider doing the same course in state universities.

M.Sc in mathematics or Master of science in mathematics is a postgraduate mathematics course. The duration of this course is two years.
For Master of science in mathematics entrance examination candidate must have passed B.Sc (Mathematics) or B.Sc (Mathematics and computer applications) degree from a recognized university. The minimum percentage required in Bachelor degree for Master of science in mathematics entrance examination is 55%.
As per my knowledge, the tentative date of Master of science in mathematics entrance examination was 19 May 2017.

Yes, you can. But, it is tough for you, because 34 cleared backlogs is also mentioned in your score sheet. So, some colleges are uncomfortable to provide you admission, but if you clear CAT EXAM with good marks, then definitely you will get a good college for MBA, so my suggestion is to clear the CAT exam with good marks.
