I am WASE 7th semester student and I wont recommend everyone to join this program. Before going to the topic, first understand why Wipro, TCS offers such a program?
These companies are a service-based company, who has mostly clients from all over the world and these clients are divided into different domains. For bank and finance companies (insurance ) they call the domain as financial service. For energy and resource, it is called as ENU. Mostly they have big clients like banks (most clients are from outside India)which has an old system. It is difficult and costly for those clients to manage such an old and large customer -base system to manage by their own development team. So they look for cheap resources from India(since India's population is very high). What Wipro, they higher college freshers in mass volume and ask them to support such a project. Most of the projects to maintain such an application. Very few projects or applications are built on the latest technology.
Why Wipro hires in mass volume: So by providing such resources like college passed out(B.Sc, BCA students) Wipro charges a great number from their clients. The amount charged is per hour and paid in Doller, pound, euro-based on client location. So for example you are working on the UK (United Kingdom) based project. Wipro may charge 100pund per day for, so you will work for them 20 days, 20*100=2000 pound, by converting into rupees 1,95,762.97. In the first, you will get a stipend of 13500 per month. So in a month, you will generate a profit of 182262.97 for the company.
Now in service-based companies, the software development project always works based on the number of resources working per projet * number of hours. So if the project doesnt need a team of 20 members and can be managed by 10 skilled people also, Wipro wont do that. They will try to increase the number of resources. they hire freshers who dont have much knowledge and tagged them into such projects. In the whole team, 3,4 experienced people will there and rest WASE/ VISTA followed by the first year to the fourth year. Based on your experience your manager will ask you to do. There are hardly any pure development projects, mostly support, and testing projects and you are not required to write any code for your daily task. Just to go office, do 1 or 2 hours work and waste the rest of the time. I got a nice project where I got a lot of work as a manual tester, but very few chances to write code. Though I have done

The CS exam is a three stage exam divided into _Preleminary exam which is objective type and roughly ten times the candidates as per the vacanices are called for the second stage exam Mains which is descriptive type carrying 2000 marks and finally the interview of shortlisted candidates carrying 300 marks. The final merit list is prepared on the basis of total 2300 marks (2000 for Mains + 300 fr Interviews). Any leading book publisher in your area should be having the relevant books and study material required for preparing for the Civil Services. Further, it is the main text books of your Optional that are the most important for studying for the optional papers. If you still find it difficult to have adequate study material, try the option of enrolling for coaching through correspondence from some reputed Coaching Centers such as Brilliants. However, do keep in mind that there is no substitute for a planned, systemic preparation spanning 1-2 years for this prestigious exam. Also keep on applying for other exams such as PO exam conducted by various banks and RBI etc. so as to have a good practice and feel of the competitive exams.

Collecting degree is not enough u must have practically sound also. First of all i would like tu suggest u that whatever u r doing do it thoroughly. Clear ur fundamental concepts. It should not be like that making second floor without any foundations. Industry requires Technically sound professionals not the theoretical persons. Instead of collecting degree take any International Certifications with u in less amount of time which helps u more. Lots of career lines are there in IT industry. System Admin, Network Admin, Security Admin, Database Admin, Software Developer, Web Developer and many more. Most of the Servers are running on Linux Servers. If u choose Linux platform as ur career option will be the futuristic approach. RHCE, RHCSS, RHCEV, JBOSS, LAMP, WAMP, XAMP CCNA, MCSE, JCP, OCP are some of the Leading Specialization areas where u can get some International kind of quality Certification.
